A NICE LONG BATH
At the end of a long day, there’s nothing better to soothe the mind than a nice long bath with some relaxing salts followed by a cleanse of the mind. My favorite bath salts are the Dr. Teal’s Pure Epsom Salt Eucalyptus & Spearmint as well as Arbonne’s Rescue and Renew Detox Bath Soak followed by their Rescue & Renew Detox Oil. After layering up in either Arbonne’s Detox Oil or BioOil, I then apply CeraVe’s moisturizing cream. As someone who struggles with eczema, these products are the ONLY ones I’ve found over the years to actually help.
Epsom salt has proved to me over and over again how beneficial it is. Whether my back hurts, my knees, and especially my hips, a 20 minute epsom salt bath will always help to heal my pain. I’m not one to take pain medicine, any medicine really, so I truly rely on these salts for aches and pains. Sometimes when I need that extra boost of hydration to make my skin silky smooth I’ll add in Herbivore's Coconut Milk Bath Soak. It smells so yummy and is sooo hydrating!
